Location: Townsville, QLD (Must be locally based) Roster/Hours: Flexible (AM/PM, Weekends, DIDO / Away Work) Job Type: Full-Time / Casual (Adapt as needed)

About the Role

We are currently seeking dedicated and highly motivated Civil Labourers to join our team for upcoming and ongoing civil construction projects. If you have a strong work ethic, a commitment to safety, and hands-on experience in civil works, we want to hear from you.


Preference to applications based in Townsville.

Due to the nature of our projects, this role requires high flexibility. You will be undertaking Drive-In, Drive-Out (DIDO) away work and must be available to work across various rosters, including AM/PM shifts and weekends.

What You Will Bring

To be successful in this role, you must have proven experience in the civil construction industry. We are specifically looking for candidates who possess experience in at least one of the following areas:

• Mobile Plant Operation
• Bitumen works
• Spray Sealing works

Mandatory Requirements

Please ensure you meet the following non-negotiable criteria before applying:

• Location: You must be currently based in Townsville, QLD.
• White Card. Constuction.
• Availability: Willing and able to work flexible hours, including day (AM) and night (PM) shifts, weekends, and DIDO away work.
• Fitness for Work: Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment physical assessment.
• Safety Screening: Must be able to pass a strict Drug & Alcohol test.
• Background Check: Must be able to provide a current and clear National Police Check.

Highly Desirable

• A current HR (Heavy Rigid) or heavier Truck Licence will be highly regarded.
